1. Definitions

  • Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Dmitrii Vladimirovich Baskakov, the owner of the website and the CleanContact service.
  • User — any person using the website.
  • Service — the CleanContact email validation service.

2. Subject

This Agreement governs the use of this website and the public features of the Service. By using the website, the User accepts this Agreement in full. Paid plans are provided under the Public Offer published on this website.

3. Registration and account

  • The User may create an account to use certain features of the Service.
  • The User must keep their login credentials confidential.
  • The User is responsible for all actions performed using their account.
  • Upon detecting unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify the Operator.

4. Use of the website and the demo

  • The validation demo is intended solely for familiarization with the capabilities of the Service and may not be used as a free alternative to paid plans.
  • The User warrants that it has all necessary rights and legal grounds to transfer email addresses to the Operator.
  • The demo result is informational and does not constitute a guarantee of message delivery.
  • The Operator does not guarantee the preservation of the demo validation history and may delete it without prior notice.

5. Prohibited use

  • Automated, bulk or scripted requests to the demo form, bypassing the captcha or rate limits.
  • Using automation tools designed to bypass the technical restrictions of the Service.
  • Using the Service to compile or verify address lists obtained unlawfully, or for spam.
  • Attempting to disrupt the operation of the website or gain unauthorized access to its infrastructure.

6. Operator's rights

  • The Operator may temporarily restrict or completely terminate the User's access to the website or to individual features of the Service in the event of a violation of this Agreement, detected abuse, or actions threatening the stable operation of the Service.
  • The Operator may change the functionality of the website, its interface, algorithms and the set of available features without prior notice to Users.
  • The Operator may change the email validation algorithms, the data sources used and the set of returned characteristics without prior notice to Users.
  • The Operator may carry out technical and maintenance work, temporarily restricting access to the website.
  • The Operator may impose limits on the number of demo validations, request frequency, CAPTCHA completion and other technical restrictions.

7. Intellectual property

All website content — texts, design, logos and software — belongs to the Operator or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification and other use without permission are prohibited, except for cases expressly allowed by law.

This Agreement does not grant the User any rights to the software, API or other intellectual property, except for the right to use the website in accordance with this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and the demo are provided on an “as is” basis. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of validation results, nor for indirect losses arising from the use of the website. Validation is performed using data and responses of third-party mail systems, for whose operation the Operator bears no responsibility.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy published on this website.

10. Changes

The Operator may amend this Agreement at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment of its publication on the website. Continued use of the website after the publication of the new version constitutes the User's acceptance of its terms.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
